This jacket is everything I expected although I have not worn it outside, yet! It is super soft. The sleeves are abit long but no issue but my concern is the zipper tends to get caught in the fur so it's a slow up, pat, down, wiggle, repeat. There should be something there to zip with ease but no a deal breaker. I hate coats but when driving and walking across hospital parking garage I need protection from the wind. Love everything about it including the cost
